Refund Policy

Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders cancelled before shipment are fully refundable, including any shipping charges paid.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return conditions below apply.

Returns After Shipment

Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request return authorization and shipping instructions.

For change-of-mind returns after shipment:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, courier fees, duties, tariffs, and brokerage charges associated with returning the product.

  • The product purchase price is fully refundable if the product has not been assembled and is returned complete, unused, and undamaged.

  • Products that have been assembled are subject to a 25 % restocking fee, deducted from the product refund.

Contact us before arranging return shipment so we can explain the applicable deductions and return requirements. Carrier and customs charges may vary and are separate from our restocking fee.

Our commitment to include taxes, brokerage, duties, and tariffs in the original North American checkout total does not cover costs associated with returning products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

The change-of-mind return charges and restocking conditions above do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Refund Processing

We will inspect returned products and notify you of the refund amount and any applicable deductions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
