This website, store.metalmarket.ca, is operated by Valley Metal Manufacturing Ltd., operating as Valley Metal (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and purchases from our online store. They incorporate our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and process online purchases.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have the necessary authorization to purchase on behalf of a business.

You must not use our website to commit fraud, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices, and availability information. Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen.

Review the selected product configuration, dimensions, compatibility, and included components before ordering. Organizer bins, tools, vehicle mounting hardware, and other items shown in photographs are included only when expressly listed in the product description.

References to Milwaukee PACKOUT, DeWalt, Stanley, RIDGID, Husky, and other third-party brands describe compatibility where indicated. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners. Such references do not, by themselves, imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

4. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and at checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases.

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders shipped within North America, the final checkout total includes applicable taxes, brokerage fees, duties, and tariffs. No additional charges for those items will be payable upon delivery.

Payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown when you submit your order.

5. Orders and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information and to notify us promptly of any errors.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason, we will contact you and explain the available options.

We will not increase the price of a submitted order without your agreement. If we cancel an order, any payment collected for the cancelled items and associated unprovided shipping services will be refunded.

Order changes and cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing, custom production, or shipment has begun. Applicable cancellation rights remain unaffected.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our location in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Most orders ship within 72 hours, generally via FedEx, subject to product availability and order volume.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping option selected. Most North American orders are delivered within 10 days after shipment.

Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Products

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and applicable exclusions are described in our Refund Policy.

Contact us before returning a product to obtain return instructions and any required authorization.

Custom or specially manufactured products may have different return conditions. Any such conditions will be disclosed before you commit to the purchase. These conditions do not limit mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Assembly, Installation, and Safe Use

Some products require assembly and suitable installation. Follow the instructions, product specifications, and any stated load limits provided with your product.

Vehicle installations must use mounting methods and hardware appropriate for the vehicle and intended use. Seek qualified installation assistance where necessary.

Do not modify or use products in a manner that compromises their safety. These responsibilities do not exclude our obligations relating to product defects or inaccurate instructions.

9. Errors and Website Changes

If we discover a material error in product information, pricing, or an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate.

We may update or discontinue website features or products. Changes will not remove rights or commitments associated with orders already placed, except as permitted by law.

Our website content, including our original text, photographs, graphics, and designs, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit that content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Restrictions do not remove your rights concerning paid orders, refunds, or other obligations that remain outstanding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

If mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply to your purchase, those protections remain available. Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up a right to bring a claim in a jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the policies incorporated above, and any expressly agreed order-specific conditions form the agreement governing your purchase, subject to applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do so. Updated Terms apply prospectively. They will not retroactively change an existing order without your agreement or another lawful basis.
